    The pumpkins were out in the field and the farm was set up for visitors for the fall season. Windy Creek Farm held their first pumpkin patch. Autumn Ferguson is the owner but all of her family helps out. This is her first year for the pumpkin patch. Ferguson decided to have three different organizations to help through her first season.   • Pine Bluffs Town Council holds special meeting

    Last Wednesday the town council of Pine Bluffs met in a special meeting at 3pm. Most of the meeting was standard items. Consent agenda items, agenda items and other mundane items. Of interest was the purposed master plan presentation for the upgrade of the storm water control system that Branden Nobel presented to the city council. The plan had a 25-year and 50-year plan for floods and needed upgrades to handle the excess water that would come from these storms.
