    A Moment of silence for a lost member of the community and Mayor Justin Fornstrom made a proclamation at the meeting of the Pine Bluffs Town council on Wednesday March 27th. This moment of silence was for Tom Mohren. Mohren has been in the Pine Bluffs community since 1982 as a Pine Bluffs Police officer. Mohren became chief of police at one point in his career. The first event will have approximately 30 untrained horses up for adoption and sale at the Wheatland Off-Range Corral.
