Pawnee Lady Coyotes have busy start, enter season 3-0

It was a very busy start for the basketball season as the Ladies played in the Canine Classic Highland/University Invitational tournament. Other teams playing in the tournament were all 3A schools, Liberty Common, Lyons, University High, Frontier Academy and Highland Ault.

“The Coyotes played three games in four nights all against the 3A teams,” said coach first-year head coach Dean Smock. “Wednesday, Dec. 5, in Greeley at University High we played Frontier Academy from Greeley, winning a hard fought game 48-45.”
