North Wells project to switch irrigation land to municipal water

Last summer, farm ground was put up for sale and the Pine Bluffs Town Council saw it as an opritunity. Bill Shain, Mayor of Pine Bluffs, said the North Wells project will use the land to switch the irrigation wells to municipal wells.

The minicipal wells will combine with the town’s water system. The wells will be part of the town water supply. Shain said the town has plenty of water, but he would like to use these wells to ensure future supply. Shain said he hopes this water suppply will last for the next 30 years.
