Community Calendar

Items for possible inclusion in the weekly community calendar should be typewritten or legibly printed. All submissions should include the name and daytime telephone number of the person submitting the information in case questions arise.

Items which may be included in the calendar are church events, club meetings, and school events.

If your club will not be meeting or has a change, please contact us so we can update the calendar with the correct information as soon as possible.

Items should be received on Monday at 5 p.m., one week prior to the date they will appear in the calendar. They may be faxed to 307-245-3325, e-mailed to [email protected], mailed to Pine Bluffs Post, P.O. Box 68, Pine Bluffs, WY 82082, or dropped off at the Post’s office located at 201 E. 2nd St.

“The Room” is eastern Laramie county’s local community’s on going effort to donate, volunteer and receive. They distribute non-perishable food and clothing to anyone in need. They welcome anyone who wants to volunteer, donate. No requirements for receiving the items from “The Room.” It is located in the Burns-Plex Community Center and is filled with donations for anyone to take, if needed. Hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. If you have a chance, stop by and see what’s available or give what you can to help others. Registration Deadline: Thursday, July 31, 2014, 4:00pm ~ Team Fee: $30 must be paid to reserve a spot. ~ There is a 27 team Limit ~ Tournament will start at 10am ~ Open to age 16 & over. Age 16 & 17 must have written parental permission before participating.
