Vivian M. Willoughby, 98, of Cheyenne, died at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center on Sunday, August 10, 2014. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at the Cantrell Funeral Home in Kimball with Pastor Virgil Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the Potter Cemetery.
