Two new board members for Pine Bluffs Senior Center

The Pine Bluffs Senior Center held an election for their board on Monday Sept. 15 to fill two available seats.

Thirty-seven current Senior Center members voted to fill the two available seats for a three year term. The three candidates who ran for the positions were Burt Pace, Dema Gilbert and Franny Haukup.

Elected to the board were incumbent Burt Pace who has already served a one year term. Dema Gilbert was also elected to the board. Pace and Gilbert’s terms will begin at the boards next meeting Oct. 20.

Dale Bowman who has been a long term board member is stepping down from the board.
