New Pine Bluffs treasurer sworn in

Mayor William Shain administered the Oath of Office to the Town of Pine Bluffs new treasurer Monday night.

Kim Anderson, a native of Massachusetts, and a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, began work as the town's treasurer Monday.

Anderson is a former Air Force officer, serving in the military from 1992 until 1997. She was an executive officer in aircraft maintenance, handling personnel matters, and other administrative issues.

She has spent the majority of her life on the east coast, also living in Washington, D.C.
