Residents speak out at town council meeting; Pine Bluffs passes annual budget

Perhaps the most notable thing about Monday's Pine Bluffs Town Council meeting was the number of visitors who were in attendance.

Aside from Police Chief Trout, Recreation Director Sonja Fornstrom. Public Works Director Jerry Lamb and Mark Anderson of Burns Insurance, five citizens filled the chairs in the audience.

None of those five, as it turned out, were there to participate in the public hearing scheduled before the regular meeting on the 2018 town budget.
