Denton R. Dudrey A Veteran's Story

Denton "Den" R. Dudrey, is a Wyoming native, born and raised, with a strong family history in the military. He was born in Sheridan, and lived all of his childhood years there until graduating from Sheridan High School in 1965.

From Sheridan, Dudrey went to Junior College working towards an electrical engineering degree. After a year, he transferred to the University of Wyoming in Laramie. While at Laramie, he worked towards his degree, circumstances would change and he would find himself looking to enlist rather than be drafted. So he headed to Butte, Montana to enlist.
