Circuit court judge censured

A Laramie County Circuit Court judge was privately censured last week for unspecified reasons.

According to a press release from the Wyoming Commission on Judicial Conduct and Ethics, Circuit Court Judge Antoinette Healy was ordered to pay $15,990.28 for legal fees incurred by the commission.

She will also have to attend a class at the National Judicial College or another suitable organization at her own expense.

The Wyoming Commission on Judicial Conduct and Ethics is a constitutionally created state agency that reviews and investigates complaints regarding Wyoming’s judges.
