    Fall officially landed on Friday, September 22, but it hasn't stopped many yards in Pine Bluffs from still looking beautiful as if summer never stopped.     Laramie County Libray is hosting a local author signing day on Saturday September 16, 2017 from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Approximately 20 local authors have signed up for this event, being held at the Cheyenne Branch-LCLS, 2200 Pioneer Avenue, Cheyenne, WY.     Burns Town Council Meeting was called to order on September 11, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. In attendance was Mayor Ralph Bartels, Council members Judy Johnstone, Betty Nussbaum, Dennis Bastian, Rocky Stoner, and Toni McNamar.
