Every year the Hillsdale Ladies invite the community to have some late winter fun. They have a fundraiser for scholarships for Laramie County School District #2, which includes Burns High School and Pine Bluffs High School. The big event of the night was the swearing in of the mayor and the new council member. Town Lawyer Greg Hacker, swore in Joseph Nicholson as mayor.
