The move to usurp the voice of the voters goes too far. It’s been an unprecedented two weeks to open the 2013 session of the Wyoming Senate. While personal disputes are commonplace in politics, this session took the personal vendetta to a new level with State Superintendent of Public Instruction Cindy Hill bearing the brunt of a grudge held by a few — a very few — state legislators.
