    On June 25, 1987, President Ronald Reagan began a presidential proclamation with the words “More and more Americans are discovering a uniquely American food delicacy — farm-raised catfish.” June 25 is National Catfish Day.     Burns schools will have an early release April 17 to start their Spring Break that goes through April 21. Old School Café will be closed April 18 in honor of Good Friday.     The Community Giving Tree located at the Wyoming Bank and Trust was a huge success. A total of 33 gifts were given. When I spoke with Lorna about the event she said, "it was so successful they would like to turn it into an annual event."
