    Changes in the new year with sewer rates, zoning, and a temporary Chief of Pine Bluffs police. The First meeting of the year for the Pine Bluffs Council took place on January 9th. Ashley Osterman and Danielle Allman are the owners that are constantly looking for ways to give back to their awesome community.     The Holyoke Dragons from Colorado made the drive up to Pine Bluffs to take on the 12-2 Pine Bluffs Hornets who are ranked number two in the conference.     The Burns Broncs hosted the Bridgeport Bulldogs on Tuesday , January 10th at the Broncs Chute. The game did not count towards the Broncs regional score but was a good game to play to sharpen their skills and basketball prowess.     Three members of the Burns Broncs football team was recognized by the Laramie County School District No. 2 School Board last week. Cooper Lakin, Cody Hape and Jared Allen were called up and lauded for their accomplishments on the field.
