    Big rolls of hay were scattered across the road on Cemetery Hill in the afternoon on January 20th. A tractor trailer was transporting a load of hay was run off the road causing it's load to shift and lose its load.     The town of Pine Bluffs is looking to increase rates January 25th at 4 p.m. the Town of Pine Bluffs council meeting convened after the steer meeting. At first the council members listened to Chris Lidstone’s recommendations of the increase of water and sewer rates.     History has been made in Burns High School Sports. One of the Varsity Girls basketball players has reached a milestone only reached by two other basketball athletes since 1999.
