    The Pine Bluffs chapter of Boy Scouts of America held its annual Blue and Gold Banquet at the Pine Bluffs Community Center on Sunday.     Pine Bluffs has its new public works director. During their bi-monthly meeting Tuesday night, Pine Bluffs Town Council members voted 4-0 to hire Loren Lovitt for the position which was vacated in January upon former public works director Jerry Lamb’s departure. Lamb took a job with the city of Cheyenne. Lovitt joined the Pine Bluffs Public Works Department in April, 2014 and is already familiar with the town’s systems.
