    Pine Bluffs may get a new internet provider. During the town council’s regularly scheduled meeting Tuesday, council members heard a proposal that Visionary Broadband utilize space on the town-owned communications tower. Pine Bluffs Town Attorney Alex Davison said Visionary provides services in Albin and Burns currently. He called it a “great service” for Pine Bluffs area residents.     Charles Donald Morse, 96, of Burns passed away February 12, 2018, at Davis Hospice Center in Cheyenne. He was born August 5, 1921, in Wheatland to Charles and Nora Morse. He married the love of his life, June Kaser on June 28, 1944. They were wonderful parents and grandparents and were married 55 years until her death in 1999. Total land in farms in Wyoming, at 30.2 million acres, was down less than one-half percent from the 2016 estimate. The average size of farm was 2,649 acres, compared to 2,612 acres the previous year.
