    Monday’s town council meeting saw the passing of resolution 2020-06 the final reading of the increase of the local electric rates to take effect on the first of April. After much discussion and a four to one vote the new resolution was passed.     Joseph "Pat" Perreault, 85, of Cheyenne passed away on February 24, 2020. He was born on March 17, 1934 to Yvette and Emile Perreault in Montreal, Canada. Pat joined the Air Force on September 24, 1951 and retired from the US Army on December 29, 1972.     Bowlers from all over the tri-state area competed in the Top Gun Scratch Tournament on February 29, and March 1. There were 62 bowlers from around the tri-state area competing for the top honors.
