    Eastern Laramie County residents will have the opportunity to assist the National Weather Service in a critical area. Each year, the NWS hosts severe weather spotter training courses for volunteers who want to help the agency gather critical storm data and help keep their communities safe. The volunteers spot and describe severe storms, according to the NWS.     More than 55 Pine Bluffs High School students turned out for track this year. “It’s certainly the biggest team I’ve had,” head coach Dustin Lee said Tuesday. “When we have a lot of numbers that helps considerably.” The majority of those 55 students began track practices last week.
