    Floyd Dean Cox, 70, of Cheyenne, Wyoming passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the VA Medical Center in Cheyenne. Floyd was born November 27, 1948 in Ft. Collins, Colorado, a son of the late Lawrence and Freida (Rennecker) Cox. Floyd served in the United States Army as a Green Beret where he taught paratroopers in Panama during the Vietnam War.     Many people stopped in to "Welcome Home" local Vietnam Veterans at the Donald Eisenhauer American Legion Post 60 home. The celebration of our Vietnam Veterans was hosted by the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 60 of Pine Bluffs.
