Upon further investigation the police realized the horses did not escape through their own volition.     Laramie County Community College holds Life enrichment classes at the Old Pine Bluffs High School. Some of the instructors are local residents. Many different types of classes are offered there. One such instructor is Paulette "Paulie" Dunnam, who has been teaching with LCCC for about 4 years. She offers two different types of classes through the Life enrichment program.     The Town of Pine Bluffs recently announced all of their candidates for the mayoral and council person election. The deadline to register as a candidate was March 30, 2021. Seats open are mayor, and two council persons, both are four year terms. The candidates for the mayor position are Donn Randall, Justin Fornstrom, and Donald Herman.     A new fifty foot wall on the back of the Pine Bluffs Public Library will have it's dedication come May 14, 2021. The new wall which is an addition to the Veterans Memorial Plaza and the current wall "America the the Beautiful" will be dedicated as "Tribute to America's Fallen Heroes".     Members from the Pine Bluffs Legion Post and Auxiliary prepared a meal complete with dessert and beverage at the Cheyenne Discipleship Center for a goup of homeless women and men, many which are veterans.     One of five sophomores on this year's Thunderbird Women's Basketball team, Kammie Ragsdale is 6'0" and a guard and forward. She hails from Pine Bluffs, Wyoming, where she played ball for the Pine Bluffs Jr./Sr. High School Lady Hornets. As a freshman, Ragsdale played in 31 games, had 17 steals, 98 rebounds, and scored 7.8 points per game for a total of 242 points.
