    On Sunday morning, April 28, 46 Pine Bluffs senior citizens, accompanied by senior center director Angie Robertson and her husband, Gary, attended the long-awaited Candlelight Dinner Theater in Johnstown, Colo.     Burns fifth grade teacher and young author instructor Candice Halligan welcomed the Laramie County School District No. 2 authors and their guests Monday evening at a reception held at Pine Bluffs high gymnasium.
