    A gem hiding in plain sight. Burns has a coach that has been named Wyoming Coach of the year four times. He was a national finalist in 2019. Coach Manlove has been coaching and teaching for 30 years. He has been coaching for as long as he has been teaching. He started in Hawaii teaching and coaching football.     Burns Broncs participated in the 2021 WHSAA State Track and Field Championships last weekend. The competition was fierce and there were teams from all over Wyoming. Tounge River, Big Piney, Niobrara County, Riverside, Greybull, Rocky Mtn and Wright. The Burns Broncs did well as a team. The Boys team finished 8th in the state and the girls team finished 10th.     The Pine Bluffs Hornets Track and Field team traveled to Casper Wyoming to compete in the WHSAA State Track and Field Championships. The team competed with many other teams across the state to find the best athletes and crown the state champions in each field. Teams from Riverside, Glenrock, Niobrara County, Big Piney, Greybull and Wright just to name a few of them. As a team the Hornets did well.
