    The Donald Eisenhauer American Legion Post 60 held the annual Memorial Day Ceremony on Monday, May 30 at the Pine Bluffs Cemetery. Those in attendance were subjected to Wyoming's chilly wind, and all stood together during the ceremony.     Burns Lions Club announces Grand Marshal for Burns Day parade. Harvey and Jere Humphrey have been in the Burns community since 1975. They operated the H & J Grocery in Burns which they owned for five and half years. They help out the community for numerous events, Harvey Humphrey was the mayor for 10 years.   • Pine Bluffs Cemetery Columbarium area receives new mulch and new flowers

    The week before Memorial Day, the town of Pine Bluffs in partnership with Evergreen Lawn and Tree Care prepared the cemetery grounds for visitors. The grass was mowed and the cemetery grounds were cleared of debris from the wind.     It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Lloyd Allen Eisenhauer announce his passing on May 20, 2022, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, he was 91 years old. Lloyd was born August 6, 1930, in Wallace, Nebraska, to William "Harry" and Truly (Padgett) Eisenhauer. He was the fourth oldest of seven boys: Don, Delbert, Bob, Tom, Howard and Loren. This is the second year that Crossroads is sponsoring a community service day to help those in the community who do not have anyone else to help them out with those little projects around the house and yard.     Five Pine Bluffs Lions Club members were honored. On Saturday May 21st at 9 a.m. The Pine Bluffs Lions Club honored members who had passed away. Each Lions Club family was presented a brick with the Lions Club members name. The bricks will be placed at the memorial wall at the Allen H. Stewart Lions Camp in Casper, Wyoming.     The Wyoming Coaches Association have announced the 2022 All-State recipients in track and field and the Pine Bluffs Hornets did well. The Hornets have a total of four honorees.
