At the International Convention in Cedar Point, OH two years later Helen Keller would encourage the Lions to continue with their work for the seeing impaired calling them the "Knights of the blind, and crusaders against darkness." WASHINGTON, June 21, 2019 – Farmers and ranchers with expiring Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) contracts may now re-enroll in certain CRP continuous signup practices or, if eligible, select a one-year contract extension. Born the oldest child of three to John and Diane Wise, Jennifer J. Wise would keep the United States Navy in the family. J. Wise was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming and would move to Pine Bluffs as a child. She attended and graduated from Pine Bluffs High School in May of 1995, where she was awarded a full ride to LCCC. CHEYENNE – The elderly population (age 65 and over) in the state grew 3.9 percent between July 2017 and July 2018, according to U.S. Census Bureau estimates. Running from July 8th to the 10th, this year’s camp will focus on fundamentals of the game.
