    Fireworks West International will be providing the fireworks for Pine Bluffs firework show on July 4. Dean Burch, President and Owner of Fireworks West International, said the company has provided fireworks for the Olympics in Utah and manufactured fireworks for the super bowls. "The funnest part of all is putting on shows for smaller towns because they're appreciative and it's exciting for the residents to go to the show," Burch said.     Sirens sounded around Pine Bluffs the evening of June 9, but Laramie County Fire District 5 firefighters were not responding to multiple fire calls. It was the annual Fourth of July Fireworks LCFD 5 donation collection. The Firefighters, along with their families and the Texas Trail Pheasants Forever Ringnecks, went door to door collecting donations.     The Laramie County Sheriff’s Department has received reports from several individuals saying that they received calls either promising to show up and present awards, or that they had received a real looking check in the mail that looks authentic. However, both scams require people to submit money back to the originator using Publisher’s Clearing Houses name before receiving a prize.     A seven-member selection committee chose Tobin & Associates to design the new Pine Bluffs Elementary School. LCSD2 School Board member and member of the selection committee Julianne Randall announced the pick at a special board meeting June 25.
