    Elizabeth Jane "Betty" Cox, 94, passed away on June 21, 2016 at the Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, Colorado. She was born to Thomas and Elizabeth Walker in Chicago, Illinois on November 19, 1921. As a young girl, Betty studied dance and was an accomplished rider. She participated in several one- hundred mile endurance rides, and always brought her horse back, in good condition. At age 19, she married Wyoming rancher Mark T.     The Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms are investigating an Albin man for drugs and firearms charges. Hector Jasset Reza Colmenerno, 22, appeared in Laramie County Circuit Court Friday. He is charged felony possession of methamphetamine and is facing up to seven years imprisonment, a fine of $15,000 or both. The ATF is also pursuing firearms charges.     The Grand Marshals for the 88th Annual Albin Day are Richard and Louise Person. The Persons celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in May. They began dating during their senior year at Albin High School, both graduating in 1954. Richard grew up on a farm just east of Albin in Banner County, Nebraska. Louise grew up on a ranch near Meriden, Wyoming, owned by her great-grandfather. After marrying Louise, Richard brought his wife back to the farm, where he has spent all of his 81 years. In...
