    The town council voted unanimously to move the courtroom from the historic high school over to the new town hall this last Monday.     Glennis Fern (Strube) Harrison, 84, a lifelong resident of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming, went to her heavenly home on July 11, 2019, at Davis Hospice Center in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Glennis was born October 30, 1934 in Kimball, Nebraska to Charles and Leila Strube. Glennis grew up on a farm south of Pine Bluffs and attended school through the second grade in a one- room school house. She completed her education in the Pine Bluffs schools and graduated from Pine Bluffs High School as Valedictorian in 1952....

    This Sunday the 21st of July marks the 100th anniversary of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Burns. The town of Burns, Luther at the time, was founded in 1906 by the Reverend Bursick. Several Lutherans came with the Reverend and developed a congregation, but had no place to meet. The small congregation would meet wherever they could.     8-year old Anna Butler is as fearless as they come. For the last four years she has been riding her Kawasaki motorcycle in Kicker Arena Motocross despite a few injuries and crashes. Butler races with the Tri-State Dirt Riders Motocross Association and has won several tournaments including the Gillette Triple Crown.
