    A hailstorm Sunday left some area farmers with 100 percent crop losses, others unscathed. "In the Egbert area and south, it's 100 percent crop loss," Derek Walls with Frenchman Valley CoOp said, adding, "That was wheat ready to be cut. It's rough for a lot of people.     Charles G. (Chuck) Shellhart died on July 8th, 2016 at Platte County Legacy Home of natural causes. Charles Guy Shellhart, was born on March 3, 1933 in Cheyenne, Wyoming, son of Roye Francis and Marguerite Ailene (Johnson) Shellhart. He was raised on a ranch south of Cheyenne and graduated from Cheyenne High School in 1951. At which time he enlisted in the United States Navy serving from 1952 to 1955 during the Korean War.     Some Albin residents are concerned with a planned mobile home park on the outskirts of town and some of those concerns include health. During the council's monthly meeting Thursday, July 14, two residents told the council they are concerned about potential health issues stemming from the development and their property values declining.
