    Pine Bluffs town offices will soon be moving to a consolidated location. Specifically, the town’s municipal building will be moving across the street from its current location at 220 Main Street. Pine Bluffs Treasurer Kim Patterson said the move will give residents a chance to do their business with the town from a “one-stop shopping” approach. Currently, Pine Bluffs’ department heads are scattered at various offices throughout town.     BURNS — Laramie County School District 2 board members on Monday voted to purchase a small piece of land from the Town of Pine Bluffs for $7,500 at the Pine Bluffs RV Park and Campground. The school district currently owns the rest of the park with the exception of about 7,500 square feet.     As of Friday, Aug. 10, about 10 percent of Laramie County voters have cast their ballots for the primary election according to the Laramie County Clerk’s office. “A total of 3078 voters cast ballots in the Atrium of the Laramie County Governmental Complex. The highest daily number of voters to date was today, Friday, with 270 electors voting,” Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee said in a press release.     Charles "Charlie" A. Orin, age 86, a resident of Pueblo, CO, passed away Thursday, August 9, 2018. Charlie was born in Red Willow County near Culbertson, NE, to Charles "Jack" and Eloise Moore Orin. He was one of three children.
