    Kevin James Burns, 54 formerly of Cheyenne dies June 12 after a heroic battle with glioblastoma. He was born Feb. 18, 1962, in Newton N.J., the son of Edward and Catherine (Balaconis) Burns. Kevin married Sharon (Adair) Nov. 14, 1981 after joining the Franklin Township Somerset N.J. Police Department in September 1981, where he served proudly for 25 years.     Emerson F. "Fal" Calvert ,74, of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming, died on Friday, August 12, 2016. He was born on July 12, 1942 in Denver, Colorado and had lived in Pine Bluffs, since 2008. Mr. Calvert served in the U.S. Army and was a jack of all trades.
