    Circle S Aviation helps farmers keep their crops in the best conditions, especially during harvest season. Whenever farmers notice a problem in their crops, whether its weeds or pests, they'll notify Circle S to spray their crops.     A couple new to Pine Bluffs attended the Pine Bluffs Town Meeting Monday night. Victor and Kellie Kashian attended the town meeting to receive an approval for building permits. Kellie Kashian said she and her husband are from north California and searched throughout Wyoming to find a place to retire.
