    Pine Bluffs officials on Monday heard a presentation from Laramie County leaders regarding the fifth penny sales tax which will go before voters in November. Wyoming law allows local governments to put forth a sales tax to help supplement operating costs. Sixty-nine percent of Laramie County's day-to-day operations and equipment are funding through the fifth penny tax.     Pine Bluffs-Burns runners traveled to Fort Collins for what head coach Ashley Rousseau said was the largest race she’s ever been a part of.     Pack 109 Pine Bluffs Cub Scouts geared back up a few weeks ago after a short summer vacation. While out of school for the summer, Pack 109 had summer projects to complete.
