The lights will go out in Pine Bluffs for several hours the night of Tuesday, October 30. That’s due in part to the town’s electrical infrastructure being in desperate need of repair, town officials say. CHEYENNE—The number of absentee ballots for the Nov. 6 General Election has already surpassed those sent in the 2010 and 2014 elections, according to Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee. Absentee and early voting started Sept. 21 and will end on Nov. 5, the day before the General Election.
