    On Monday, November 11th the Pine Bluffs High School honored the local veterans with a breakfast and assembly. The Breakfast was held in the Elementary School gym, and was attended by approximately 20-25 veterans and their families.     Kevin D. Baker, 66, of Cheyenne, passed away at CRMC-ICU surrounded by his devoted and loving family. He was born in Cheyenne on October 21, 1958, to Edgar and Katherine Baker. He was raised on the family farm south of Pine Bluffs. Kevin worked in the oil industry, beginning with Texaco Trading and Transportation, and retiring with Holly Frontier.
