In 2017, the most recent figures available, the county contributed to the 4 million bushels of wheat produced in southeast Wyoming, when the state had total crop production of 4.25 million bushels. Statewide yields in 2017 were 28 bushels to the acre, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
