    Grace Fain Steenbergen, 2022 Burns High School alumni is in the news again. Steenbergen has completed one of the hardest half marathons in Texas. Steenbergen competed in the Bearathon sponsored by the Baylor University Student Foundation. She completed the half marathon in 2:09.35.     Cheyenne, WY – March 17, 2024 at approximately 4:35 PM, LCFA responded to a wildland fire, started when a gas flare ignited, off County Road 134. The fire was extinguished by 5:52 p.m. Crews put out hot spots and cleared scene at 7:45 p.m. “The winds and dry conditions contributed to the fast spread along with difficult terrain and access.” Deputy Fire Chief Manny Muzquiz, LCFA.
