Local Veterans honored at area school events

Pine Bluffs kicked off the 93rd commemoration of Veteran’s Day with a ceremony at the gymnasium Friday afternoon. The bands and choirs paid tribute to America and her military, and entertained local veterans who were honored guests in the packed gym. A video tribute brought many tears to the eyes as scenes from different wars and the families left behind splashed on the screen to the music of “Some Gave All”, “American Soldier”, and the 9-11 dedicated song “Sky scrapper”.
