et without something with cranberries? I remember my mom having one of Grandma’s Schwinkendorf’s fine dishes filled with cranberry sauce that still had the lines from the tin can it came out of. I’m not sure anyone touched it. But it was there, every year.

Also on the table, though, was a fantastic cranberry salad that I have not yet been handed down the recipe, but have tried to emulate every year.
