Eleanor Hillman

Eleanor Hillman of Evans, Colo., passed away Nov. 15, 2012, with her husband of nearly 75 years, John, by her side at their home at Bee Hive of Evans.

She was born on Oct. 10, 1919, at the farm home of her parents, Henry and Bertha (Lorenz) Wiechman near Cheney, Kan. She attended school at the Lutheran school near their home through the eighth grade. Her family then bought a farm near Scott City, Kan., where she graduated from Scott City High.
