Table Mountain meets its peak at commissioners meeting

 


The board held a public hearing regarding a Subdivision permit and plat for Table Mountain Ranches. Before the hearing began, Gay Woodhouse, chairwoman, excused herself from the process since she had represented one party in the matter, and said she would not vote on the matter.

Brandon Jensen, attorney, spoke on behalf of Brad Carnahan who owns a home that sits on the edge of the subdivision road in Table Mountain Ranches. Jensen reviewed the long and drawn out battle between two land-owners in the ranches leading up to a Wyoming Supreme Court decision. Jensen was bringing the matter back...
