Lady Broncs defeat Lady Hornets

A 62-40 victory Saturday at Pine Bluffs brought the Burns Lady Broncs record to 10-3 for the season. For their opponent, the Pine Bluffs Lady Hornets, it meant adding a loss for a 4-6 season record.

The Lady Broncs scored 19 points in each of the first two quarters, while Pine Bluffs connected for nine in the first period and 15 in the second for 38-24 score heading into the locker room. Coming out for the second half, the teams were evenly matched with only a point separating the third quarter score as Burns added 11 and Pine Bluffs 10.
