Burns Lady Broncs take a hit


In a close contest, the Burns Lady Broncs were hit with a 35-40 loss at the hands of the Lingle Lady Doggers Friday night on the road. On Saturday, the locals traveled to Lusk where the Lady Tigers extended their claws and held the visitors to 29 points in a 29-47 Lusk win.

The Lady Broncs started slow Friday night, posting a seven-point first period score to Lingle’s 10. Lingle would repeat that score in each of the game’s four quarters.
