At the Hereford Community Church this week Leonard Wiggin read a story called “Options.”

The sermon topic was “Human Nature.” We are all born with a sin nature. Jesus came as a human to shed his blood for our sin to bring us to God. When someone accepts Jesus’ sacrifice the Holy Spirit comes to live within him and the Holy Spirit has the power to overcome human nature. God gave us the Ten Commandments to show us how to live, and the Holy Spirit gives us the power to obey. Disobedience and deceit or telling lies are two things that steal our joy and happiness.
