Lady Broncs add two victories

The Burns Lady Broncs tacked on two more wins last week as they defeated Banner County 61-20 on Tuesday, and Saratoga by a score of 57-43 on Saturday. Sandwiched between the victories was a 40-49 loss to Southeast on Friday.

In Tuesday’s game against Banner County, the Lady Broncs outscored their opponent 19-2 in the first quarter and 16-6 in the second. Sitting on a cushy lead, Burns then added a 10-2 third period and a 16-10 fourth to complete the win.

Top scorers for the game were Mckenzie Ward with 14 points and Megan Marker with 13. Alex McCart helped out by nabbing nine boards.
