Lady Coyotes move to 12-1

 


Pawnee’s Lady Coyotes had their weekend cut short by weather, but managed a win before the snow cancelled Saturday’s Woodlin game.

In a thrilling home game against Prairie Friday Pawnee came out on the winning end of a 55-48 score as the large crowd cheered them on.

Pawnee had a five-point lead at the end of the first quarter, but the Prairie Mustangs cut the lead to three at half time.

The Lady Coyotes came out and put up 13 points to the Mustangs seven to increase their lead in the third quarter. Prairie came close in the fourth, but they ended the stanza with 19 points to Pawnee...
