Pine Bluffs Hornets push for longer post-season fails

They pushed hard, but not quite hard enough. Sitting on a 14-7 regular season record, the Pine Bluffs Hornets arrived at Tongue River High School Thursday to make their mark on the post-season. The first day was a tough one, losing to Tongue River 36-30 and being sent to the loser out bracket. Familiar opponent Southeast was the Hornets pairing on Friday. They won that game handily by a score of 49-27. Another familiar foe awaited them on Saturday. With two losses to the Lusk Tigers in the regular season, the Hornets were looking for some revenge in what turned out to be their final game of...
