Business as usual for commissioners

Chairman Troy Thompson and commissioner Diane Humphrey were absent from the Laramie County Commissioners meeting last Tuesday. They were attending the National Association of County Officials conference in Washington D.C. Commissioner M. Lee Hasenauer said the commissioners were making history by having two commissioners absent and still able to carry on with business.
